*Since today is at least as intriguing for the potential trades as for the picks themselves, I thought we'd kick it off by with the Leafs trading a third (08) to St. Louis in exchange for Jamal Mayers. A little veteran grit never hurt.
*There's also rumbling that the Lightning is close to signing a "lifelong" deal with Vinny Lecavalier.
